Hi, I'm Heidi! I'm a student Yoga teacher, training in Hatha and Vinyasa.
Hatha represents balance. A blend of strength and softness, energy and rest. Finding space between the overwhelm of daily life and slowing down, bringing presence, calming your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself.
Im passionate about guiding others towards their own sense of balance through movement, breath and meditation.
I teach Yoga at Anytime Fitness on Thursdays at 8am and at The Girl Viking Studio Sundays at 9am. I also run monthly workshops with varying themes so find something that suits you.
Yoga has been such a powerful part of my own journey and I feel so grateful to be able to share it.
